“Fox Point Oysters is an owner-operated oyster farm located in Little Bay, NH, dedicated to raising healthy, delicious oysters. The farm was established in 2012 by Laura Brown after a long career in the arts. She was introduced to oysters and farming by her sister, a research marine biologist, who also farms oysters and has been researching and restoring native oyster reefs in NH’s Great Bay. Laura is passionate about raising an environmentally supportive food for her local community and to share her growing knowledge of oysters and their importance in our environment.”
