Gundalow Guardians Bob Kozman (left) and Ed Caylor, both residents of Portsmouth, have been volunteering their time and elbow grease protecting the Piscataqua for four and six winters, respectively. They check bilges, docklines, and the cover on a regular basis, and especially after winter storms, when they shovel snow off the gangway and dock. “Bob and Ed are two of our most dedicated long-term volunteers,“ says Captain Matt Glenn.
