Nonprofit Gundalow Company receives $8,525 cash donation from nonprofit The Fabulous Find
PORTSMOUTH, N.H., Dec. 9, 2019 — The Gundalow Company announced today that it has received a cash donation of $8,525 from The Fabulous Find, Kittery’s 9-year-old nonprofit resale boutique, which earmarked one-third of its November sales to benefit Gundalow Company.

“We are certainly grateful to The Fabulous Find for helping to financially support the Gundalow Company’s mission: to protect the Piscataqua Region’s maritime heritage and environment through education and action,” said Rich Clyborne, executive director of Gundalow Company. “These funds will go directly to our school programs, helping us to close the gap financially between what it takes to operate our floating classroom — the gundalow Piscataqua — and what schools can afford to pay for a hands-on educational sail program.
“We are especially proud of the fact that 87 cents of every dollar donated to our nonprofit organization goes toward our efforts to inspire stewardship of the Piscataqua Region’s environmental and maritime legacies,” Clyborne added. “One way that the Seacoast community can support our ongoing efforts is by purchasing tickets to sail with us next spring and summer. Gift certificates are available right now at a 50% discount and make for great holiday season gifts.” Click gundalow.org/gifts to learn more about Gundalow Sailing Pass gift certificates.
