She is responsible for outreach, communications, data sharing, community engagement and stakeholder coordination. Jill is also PREP’s social media maven on Twitter (@PREPCommunity) and Facebook (/PREPCommunity). Jill received her Masters of Science in Natural Resources with a focus on Environmental Policy from UNH in May 2011. Her thesis research centered on participatory action and citizen and stakeholder engagement in the Winnicut River Watershed and her project helped to form the Winnicut River Watershed Coalition. Jill is a native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University New Orleans. Jill lives in New Castle with her husband and Golden Retriever, Toby.
